Enjoy a Pimm’s with a slice of lemon on a hot summer’s day? You are going to love our new Top Shelf Summer Cup No.1 Spirit Essence. Our Summer Cup No.1 is perfect after a long, hard day, it has delicate citrus and herbal flavours to delight any palate.

Shake well and add contents to 110 g (3.9 oz) of sugar and 1.4 L of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka. Top up to 2.25 L with water. Stir to dissolve. Makes three 750 ml bottles. Serve 1 measure of Summer Cup No.1 with 2 to 3 measures of lemonade or ginger-ale. Serve with ice and a slice of orange or lemon.
