Why do we use Double O-rings?
The secret to our superior sealing performance is not just the fact that we use high quality EPDM o-rings but also use two of them. The double o-ring means we literally have twice the sealing surface surface when compared with other push in fittings. This makes our fittings even more reliable and reduces the chance of a leak significantly.

The double o-ring system also means that we can bend the hose with much tighter radius without causing leaking issues. This typically can be an issue with other fittings. This combination of factors makes duotight fittings the most reliable push fit fittings on the market.

This all new ball lock disconnect sets a new bar! The integrated duotight design means you can connect your beer and gas line directly, easily and reliably – no need for additional fittings or clamps. It is a robust and super compact design that is incredibly easy to assemble and disassemble, making cleaning and sanitising an absolute breeze!

Made from highly chemical resistant materials with stainless springs and ball bearings – no cheap ABS plastics here – this baby is extremely resistant to commonly used chemicals such as phosphoric based sanitisers and caustics.

The incredibly small form factor allows for easy stacking of kegs. The new cap design ensures a pressure seal with just hand tightening and it can be completely taken apart for cleaning with no tools required – no need to ever have blocked poppets again when it is this easy to disassmble and clean.

Duotight Inline Regulator – With integrated gauge for water or gas – 8mm

These compact inline regulators have been designed to suit 8mm (5/16″) Evabarrier Tubing. For higher pressures such as mains water supply we recommend the 4mm ID Tubing here or 5mm ID here if you do not need as high pressures and you would prefer higher flow rate.

Suits pressures 0-150psi however this unit is packed with the 0-60psi gauge as standard.

Made from Acetal/POM, EPDM o-rings and stainless teeth

Duotight – Blowtie 2 Spunding Valve /Pressure Relief with Integrated Gauge 0-15psi

This kit has been designed for simplicity and ease of putting together.

If you want to control the pressure retained in a pressure vessel that is releasing pressure then the BlowTie Diaphram Spunding Valve is the tool for the job.

The adjustment knob on the top of the unit makes it easy to increase and decrease the set pressure.

This BlowTie unit can be easily dissassembled for cleaning using a phillips head screw driver.

Designed to suit 8mm (5/16″) Evabarrier Tubing. It’s compatible with both the 4mm ID Tubing here or 5mm ID here.

1. Suits pressures 0-15psi (but with different guages the unit can go above 100psi)
