Pure Distilling Pot Still Condenser with digital thermometer, speciality Rum & Whiskey yeasts, 2 x 100g sample Barrel Chunks, instructions and mounting hardware.

A pure pot still is used when you want the flavour of the wash to come through. For instance, if you ferment fruit or grains, it will allow some of that flavour to enter your distillate. If you use a reflux still like the Home Spirit Maker, you would just end up with pure, unflavoured vodka. Inject some flavour into your drinks with the Pure Distilling Pot Still!

4.5L/hr with alcohol or 2.8L/hr with water

With an all copper construction for smoothness of taste it comes with a digital thermometer and is simple to use.

Effortless Operation

From the moment you remove the Reflux Condenser from the box, you will realise how easy everything is. That’s because we have done all the complicated stuff for you.  All units are fully assembled in our factory, then robotically tested to ensure you get the quality and yield you are expecting first time, every time.

The Reflux Condenser uses advanced LM technology (liquid management) which offers automatic temperature control.  Set the water flow once, and simply check ONE thermometer to see when the process is complete.  Condensers using older VM technology require constant water adjustment and monitoring of multiple thermometers. Get it wrong and quality suffers, possibly even losing your entire batch.

1. Carefully undo the compression nut on the barbed fitting
2. Replace the barb fitting with the snap on hose connector
3. Carefully do up the nuts taking care not to overtighten
