Formulated with the perfect balance of malted grains and Ginger, this original Morgan’s recipe is great summer drink in a tall glass filled with ice or as a mixer with Dark Rum and a slice of lime over ice.

Both non alcoholic and alcoholic versions (approximately 3% alcohol) can be made from this Ginger Beer Kit.

Very much like Bundaberg Ginger Beer.

Add one kilo of dextrose for alcoholic version. 

Produces approximately 21 litres of finished product (yeast & nutrient sachet under the lid).

This refreshing light Ginger Beer kit can be made alcoholic on non alcoholic. It’s entirely your choice and the pack comes with instructions for both options.  It is preservative free and requires 1 kg of castor sugar or dextrose to make it alcoholic and only 300 grams of sugar to make it non alcoholic.
